Austin에 위치한 럭셔리 호텔 Commodore Perry Estate는 본래 사업가 Edgar Perry의 저택이었다. H.B. Thompson은 Edgar Perry가 유럽 여행에서 영감을 받은 것을 기반으로, 이탈리아식 건물을 지었다. 파티를 열기에 좋은 곳이지만 거주하기에는 크다고 판단한 Edgar Perry는 1944년 땅을 팔았고, Auberge Resort Collection은 건축 스튜디오 Moule & Polyzoides와 Clayton & Little, 인테리어 디자이너 Ken Fulk, 조경 건축가 Ten Eyck와 협업해 Commodore Perry Estate를 탄생시켰다. 도심 속 평화로운 대저택 Commodore Perry Estate는 Austin에서 가장 화려한 기억이 될 것이다.

Within the Mansion, all five bedrooms of the Perry family’s original residence have been transformed by Fulk into charmingly distinctive hotel suites that pay homage to the Mansion’s original inhabitants. Boasting 54 spacious rooms and suites, including a collection of five signature suites, the hotel offers a residential-style experience brimming with charm.

LIVING ROOM The main floor of the Mansion includes a formal entry and main hall, several intimate gathering spaces, including a new craft cocktail bar in the Living Room and an oval, book-lined library for reading, quiet conversation and games.

MR. AND MRS. PERRY'S SUITE 가장 넓은 공간을 자랑하는 Mr. and Mrs. Perry's Suite는 두 개의 침실이 포함되어 있다. 두 개의 플러시 소파와 여덟 명이 함께할 수 있는 여유로운 식탁은 모임을 갖기에 최적의 장소다. 보관된 칵테일이나 음료를 원하는 대로 즐길 수 있고, 벽난로 앞에서 비치된 책을 읽는 것도 가능하다. 깊은 욕조에 몸을 담그고, 아늑한 침대에서 만족스러운 휴식을 취할 수 있다.
